NEW OFFICIAL GEMSONA EXTREME 3.0

ok you chucklefucks really love giving me shit for this garbage so here we go:

1. i made my gemsona before peridot was even canonically revealed on the show. long long time ago
2. i was born in august and i wanted to make my gemsona based on my birthstone (peridot)
3. i am queer, nonbinary transgender. im not going to misgender myself for the sake of a cartoon
4. shut the fuck up and leave me alone

what was it like...........a year ago....i had an idea about a gemsona but i could never get the design right uNTIL NOW, WHATDYA KNOW ABOUT THAT

for funsies, heres a link to the original/oldest design, its pretty horrendous and i legitimately had no fucking idea what the hell i was doing with this shit. theres another, second redesign before this current one but i have no pictures of it online so pthhb.  peridots design originally had them weilding a nailed bat, but in the end reworking the design i felt a macuahuitl would be a so much more of an intimidating weapon......

i actually figured it out, especially the colors, which is frankly quite phenomenal seeing as green is one of the hardest colors for me to work with because of reasons; delightfully ironic as well seeing as peridot is my birthstone, haha

uhh as for their actual character, peridot is a bit of a rough and tumblr kind of gem, a bit of a snot nosed punk?  they really really arent afraid to smash some skulls with that macuahuitl of theirs if they need to (or want too ooooops)
